The difference between Catering and Banqueting

In short, catering only provides what is food&beverage for corporate events or ceremonies. Food and drinks are provided outside the place where they are cooked. Banqueting, on the other hand, concerns not only the supply of food but also everything related to the presentation and organization of the wedding or other event. In other words, banqueting is much more than setting up a table, it is the creation of real sceneries as well as ad hoc menus.
